Vigorous and totally unique, the Tie Dye Clematis shows off its multitude of blooms with pride. The unusual purple-and-white patterning evokes images of vintage T-shirts and summertime fun. The four-petaled blooms are simplistic in their form, but they certainly make a big impact. Flowers appear in a nearly nonstop succession from late spring to midsummer, and start again in early fall. A large plant, it grows 8–12' long with a trailing habit, so be sure to train it to a support to enjoy all it has to offer.
