This slug-resistant beauty's pointed, ovate leaves are gorgeously variegated. In spring, the leaves have wide, streaked, blue-green margins surrounding chartreuse centres. Given enough sun exposure, the leaf centres become medium to light gold, but otherwise remain chartreuse. Pale bluish-lavender flowers appear on 20" scapes. Among June's many awards is the American Hosta Growers Association Hosta of the Year for 2001 and the RHS' 2004 Award of Garden Merit.
