Mrs. Bradshaw Geum

Vibrant orange-scarlet blooms unfurl atop tall, graceful stems to create a stunning garden display. Mrs. Bradshaw's semi-double flowers, reminiscent of miniature roses, measure 1¼" across and float freely above heart-shaped leaves that form a robust 15" mound. The abundant blossoms appear on purple, 18–24" stems from late spring through early summer, although with faithful deadheading they will continue opening into late summer. This pollinator magnet thrives in mixed borders, foundation plantings or woodland edges, where its leaves remain evergreen in warmer climates. After flowering, the plant offers additional visual interest through its whimsical, fluffy seed heads. Plant alongside fellow sun lovers like salvias and hardy geraniums, or let it soften the edges of a garden path, where its delicate blooms can be appreciated up close.
